Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mozzarella, pepperoni, and cream cheese.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk egg and milk together.
  5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  6. Fold in the cheese and pepperoni mixture.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
