Ingredients

- 1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, pepperoni, and cream cheese.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk egg and milk together.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the cheese and pepperoni mixture.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
