Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking station.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.
- Cream the softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla and peppermint extracts.
- Drop rounded balls of dough onto a prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
