Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the bottom of a bundt pan and sprinkle with pecans.
  4. In a bowl, beat granulated sugar and eggs until fluffy.
  5. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  6. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with buttermilk.
  8. Pour the batter into the bundt pan over the pecans.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
