Delicious pecan turtle bars with a rich caramel layer and chocolate topping.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix butter and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add flour and mix until combined.
- Press mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle pecans on top.
- In a saucepan, heat chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk until melted.
- Pour chocolate mixture over pecans.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store bars in an airtight container.
- Can be refrigerated for up to a week.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of salt to the chocolate mixture.
