A delicious twist on traditional pecan pie, layered with creamy filling and crunchy pecans.
Ingredients

- 1 package of graham crackers
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup butterscotch pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the butterscotch pudding with milk.
- Layer graham crackers in a baking dish.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers.
- Add half of the pudding mixture next.
- Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans on top.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with pecans and drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh pecans for better flavor.
- Chill overnight for best results.
- Drizzle additional caramel sauce before serving if desired.
