A delicious twist on traditional pecan pie, layered with creamy filling and crunchy pecans.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup butterscotch pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, prepare the butterscotch pudding with milk.
  5. Layer graham crackers in a baking dish.
  6. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers.
  7. Add half of the pudding mixture next.
  8. Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans on top.
  9. Repeat the layers, finishing with pecans and drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
  10. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
