  • 1 cup chocolate chips for coating

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed pecans, vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, corn syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls.
  3. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place on a wax paper-lined tray.
  6. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
