- 1 cup crushed pecans
- 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips for coating
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed pecans, vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, corn syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place on a wax paper-lined tray.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
