Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, chopped pecans, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
- Add corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
