Ingredients

  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add garlic and ginger.
  4. Add bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add cooked noodles and peanut sauce, toss to combine.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
