- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased baking pan.
- Spoon peanut butter over the batter in dollops.
- Top with remaining brownie batter.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Use creamy or crunchy peanut butter based on preference.
- Can add nuts for extra texture.
