Easy and delicious peanut butter no bake cookies.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 cups oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add oats and mix until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool until set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by reducing sugar.
