Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and honey until smooth.
- Add oats and vanilla extract, and stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute almond butter.
