Ingredients

- 2 cups peanuts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Roast the peanuts in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- Let the peanuts cool for a few minutes.
- Add peanuts and salt to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If desired, add honey or maple syrup and blend again.
- Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge.
