  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Roast the peanuts in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  2. Let the peanuts cool for a few minutes.
  3. Add peanuts and salt to a food processor.
  4. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  5. If desired, add honey or maple syrup and blend again.
  6. Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge.
