Delicious cupcakes filled with creamy peanut butter.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
- Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until smooth.
- Fill cupcake liners halfway with batter.
- In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar.
- Place a dollop of peanut butter mixture in the center of each cupcake.
- Cover with remaining batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be topped with chocolate frosting.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
