Ingredients

- Granulated sugar: 1/2 cup
- Eggs: 2 large
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
- Baking soda: 1 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour: 1 cup
- Chocolate chips: 1 cup (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the baking soda and flour, then gradually add to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
