Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg, vanilla, and baking soda. Mix well.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough into a greased muffin tin.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before removing from the tin.
