- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup brownie batter (prepared)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of brownie batter onto cookie dough.
- Swirl the brownie batter into the cookie dough with a knife.
- Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cookies are set.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
