Ingredients
- Fresh Peaches: About 6 cups, peeled and sliced
- Sugar: 1 cup, divided

- Milk: 1 cup
- Ground Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Instructions
- Wash and peel the peaches, then slice them into thin wedges.
- In a bowl, mix sliced peaches with 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add milk and stir until just combined.
