Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the diced peaches with half the sugar. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together the cream, milk, remaining sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Add the peaches to the cream mixture and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In the last few minutes of churning, add the crumbled cobbler crust.
- Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
