Ingredients

- 10 egg roll wrappers

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Place a spoonful of peach mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
