Description
A delicious blend of peach cobbler and cheesecake.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- In another bowl, mix peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour.
- Spread peach mixture on top of the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Cool and refrigerate before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe peaches for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Serve with whipped cream if desired.
