Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  6. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. In another bowl, mix peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour.
  8. Spread peach mixture on top of the cheesecake layer.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  10. Cool and refrigerate before serving.
