Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the pan.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  8. Spread the peach mixture over the cheesecake layer.
  9. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set.
