Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in peach puree and vanilla.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Stir in prosecco until combined.
- Fill each cupcake liner with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before frosting.
