- 4 large egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (kiwi, strawberries, and passion fruit)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the granulated sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Add vanilla extract and vinegar, and mix until combined.
- Spread the meringue onto a lined baking sheet, forming a circle.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool completely.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Once the meringue is cool, top it with whipped cream and fresh fruit.
