- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 package corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the whole kernel corn and cream-style corn.
- Add the corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter. Stir until combined.
- If using, fold in the shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Notes
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and baked later.
- Feel free to add diced jalapeños for a spicy kick.
