Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips.
  2. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir.
  3. Continue to microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and nuts, if using, and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch dish and spread evenly.
  6. Let it cool at room temperature until set, then cut into squares.
