A creamy and cheesy broccoli casserole inspired by Paula Deen.
Ingredients

- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup crushed crackers
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook broccoli until tender, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and cheese.
- Add cooked rice, onion, and broccoli to the mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a baking dish.
- Top with crushed crackers and melted butter.
- Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly.
Notes
- For added flavor, use garlic powder.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator.
- Try adding cooked chicken for protein.
