- 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- Add the pastina to the boiling broth.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the pasta is tender.
- Stir in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
