Description
A refreshing pasta salad with a flavorful sun-dried tomato dressing.
Ingredients

			- 8 oz pasta
 - 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
 - 1/4 cup olives, sliced
 - 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 1/4 cup red onion, diced
 - 1/4 cup olive oil
 - 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
 - In a large bowl, combine pasta, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, feta, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
 - In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Pour dressing over pasta salad and toss to combine.
 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
 
Notes
- Adjust dressing ingredients to taste.
 - Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or cucumbers.
 - This salad can be made a day in advance.
