Description
A refreshing pasta salad featuring pesto and mozzarella cheese.
Ingredients

- 12 oz pasta
- 1 cup pesto
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, pesto, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and olives.
- Mix well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
