Ingredients

- 2 cups of pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and olives.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
