Ingredients

- 400g pasta
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the cooked pasta.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce over the pasta.
- Add half of the ricotta mixture and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Customize with vegetables or meats if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
