Description

Ingredients

  • 400g pasta
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the cooked pasta.
  5. Spread half of the marinara sauce over the pasta.
  6. Add half of the ricotta mixture and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  8. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
