Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash the parsley leaves thoroughly and pat dry.
- In a food processor, combine parsley, Parmesan cheese, walnuts, and garlic.
- Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped.
- With the processor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil until combined.
- Add salt to taste and pulse again to mix.
- Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
