Instructions
- Prepare the meat mixture by combining ground beef, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, egg, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Shape the meat mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
