A simple recipe for parmesan garlic roasted carrots.
Ingredients

- 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine carrots, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until carrots are well coated.
- Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
