Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 strips bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy; remove and drain on paper towels.
  4. In the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned; add garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Mix in the marinara sauce and bacon; simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. In a baking dish, layer noodles, ricotta, beef mixture, and mozzarella; repeat layers.
  7. Top with parmesan cheese.
