- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 strips bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy; remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned; add garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix in the marinara sauce and bacon; simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer noodles, ricotta, beef mixture, and mozzarella; repeat layers.
- Top with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
