A delicious twist on classic deviled eggs with Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chives for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and cool them in ice water.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, and vinegar to the yolks.
- Mix until smooth and season with salt and pepper.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
