Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and milk.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Spread marinara sauce on top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
