  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, egg, and water to create a batter.
  2. Dip chicken pieces into the batter.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  4. In another pan, combine soy sauce, orange juice, sugar, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add the fried chicken to the sauce and stir until well coated.
