- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add salmon fillets, skin-side down, and sear for 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove salmon from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Return salmon to the pan, spoon sauce over the top, and serve.
