- 2 tilapia fillets
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Rinse the tilapia fillets under cold water and pat dry.
- In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dredge each fillet in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the fillets to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and serve with lemon slices.
