			- 2 salmon fillets
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - Salt to taste
 - Pepper to taste
 - Fresh parsley for garnish
 
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
 - Season salmon with salt and pepper.
 - Add butter to the skillet and let it melt.
 - Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
 - Place salmon in the skillet, skin-side down.
 - Cook for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
 - Drizzle lemon juice over the salmon.
 - Garnish with parsley before serving.
