  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 cups fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage)
  • 4 cups cauliflower (riced)
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup onion (diced)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Stuff the turkey with fresh herbs.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for 3-4 hours.
  5. In a skillet, sauté carrots, celery, and onion until tender.
  6. Add riced cauliflower and chicken broth to the skillet, cooking until heated through.
  7. Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
  8. Serve turkey with cauliflower stuffing on the side.
