Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Place the cubed bread in the dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the mixture over the bread, ensuring all pieces are soaked.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
