Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add croissant pieces, cheese, and ham to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup with chicken broth.
  6. Pour the gravy mixture over the casserole.
  7. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  8. The next day, bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
