- 6 croissants, torn into pieces
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add croissant pieces, cheese, and ham to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup with chicken broth.
- Pour the gravy mixture over the casserole.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- The next day, bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.

- Make sure to use day-old croissants for better texture.
- You can substitute ham with sausage or bacon.
