Delicious overnight cinnamon rolls that are soft and fluffy.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour and knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Add raisins if desired and roll the dough tightly.
- Cut into rolls and place in a greased baking dish.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, let rolls rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
Notes
- Use fresh yeast for best results.
- Adjust sugar according to your taste.
- Let rolls cool before icing.
