Description

Delicious overnight cinnamon rolls that are soft and fluffy.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour and knead until smooth.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  6. Add raisins if desired and roll the dough tightly.
  7. Cut into rolls and place in a greased baking dish.
  8. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  9. In the morning, let rolls rise for 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
