Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat the marinated chicken in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
  6. In a bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to make coleslaw.
  7. Serve the chicken hot with coleslaw on the side.
