  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, soak the chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  3. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat each piece in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spray the chicken lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
