Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a microwave for 30 seconds to soften.
- Place a few tablespoons of the beef mixture and some cheese on each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Spray the taquitos with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
Notes
- Serve with salsa or guacamole.
- You can add beans or vegetables to the beef mixture for more flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
