Description

Oven baked beef taquitos are a delicious Mexican dish made with seasoned beef rolled in corn tortillas and baked until crispy.


Ingredients

  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas in a microwave for 30 seconds to soften.
  5. Place a few tablespoons of the beef mixture and some cheese on each tortilla.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Spray the taquitos with cooking spray.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
