A delicious grilled chicken dish inspired by Outback Steakhouse’s Alice Springs Chicken.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup honey mustard dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture onto the chicken breasts.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- During the last few minutes of grilling, brush honey mustard dressing on the chicken.
- Top each chicken breast with crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover the grill to melt the cheese for about 2 minutes.
- Remove from grill and serve hot.
Notes
- Marinate chicken for 30 minutes for extra flavor.
- Serve with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
- You can use a grill pan if you don’t have an outdoor grill.
