A simple recipe for making organic dandelion jelly.
Ingredients

- 2 cups dandelion petals
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package pectin (1.75 oz)
- 5 cups sugar
Instructions
- Gather dandelion petals and rinse them thoroughly.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and add dandelion petals.
- Simmer for 30 minutes, then strain to remove petals.
- Add lemon juice and pectin to the dandelion liquid.
- Bring to a boil, then stir in sugar gradually.
- Boil for 1-2 minutes until sugar dissolves.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
- Let cool and store in the refrigerator.
